Taking the best of many styles and combining them, Grandmaster Kranstz formed the style of Jiu-Jitsu called Combined Jiu-Jitsu Arts or CJA.
Grandmaster Robert Kranstz has had a distinguished martial arts career for more than 45 years. During that time, he has acquired many titles and awards and holds an 8th Dan with a Kyoshi title. He was one of the original pioneers of sport Jiu-Jitsu. He opened a school in 1974, which is still successful today. As the World Kobudo Federation representative for Canada and other countries, he works to build and better the organization.
Grandmaster Kranstz attributes his success to the people he trained and studied with over his martial art career like Bill Wallace, Joe Lewis, Renzo Gracie, Jean Yves Theriault, and Dan Severn only to name a few.
CJA specializes in Jiu_jitsu as a sport and as a self-defense program.
