How do the IDMA courses work?

The IDMA courses are made up of multiple levels (similar to belt levels) that are arranged in order of difficulty and skill level.
Courses start with the basics and gradually move to more advanced concepts and techniques. Each level is broken down into numerous individual videos, consisting of techniques, concepts, and forms. The breaking down of each level with many short length videos maximizes learning potential.

What do I get if I buy a level?

Each level (belt level) is purchased individually. You receive unlimited access to the content of the level purchased for a period of one month, for only $9.99 USD. Levels are approx 45 minutes in length.
