Martial Art Science Course Introduction

With over 36 years of training in the martial arts and having sought knowledge and information from outside the martial arts realm, Shihan Rusty McMains has developed a unique and effective training called Martial Art Science, which is a benefit to all martial art styles.

His extensive martial art background of numerous martial art styles such as Okinawan Kempo, Jujutsu, Toritejutsu, Chungdokwan, and WuYiJieHe, only to name a few, along with his study of western and eastern science has made him an expert in his field.

Shihan McMains not only oversees several schools but he travels all through US and Canada conducting seminars and is a member of the Dragon Society International (DSI), a multi-stylistic group of martial artists and field experts, including Western and Eastern science based doctors and specialists.

His in-depth knowledge and understanding in all aspects of the martial arts shines through in his teaching of Martial Art Science. His demonstrations of concepts and principles of how the muscles and body work jointly will greatly enhance all martial art techniques.

If you want to improve your martial arts to their maximum, this course will help you do that.

How do the IDMA courses work?

The IDMA courses are made up of multiple levels (similar to belt levels) that are arranged in order of difficulty and skill level.
Courses start with the basics and gradually move to more advanced concepts and techniques. Each level is broken down into numerous individual videos, consisting of techniques, concepts, and forms. The breaking down of each level with many short length videos maximizes learning potential.

What do I get if I buy a level?

Each level (belt level) is purchased individually. You receive unlimited access to the content of the level purchased for a period of one month, for only $9.99 USD. Levels are approx 45 minutes in length.

How do I Sign up?

Signing up is easy, and if you encounter any problems, follow our 'How to Register for a Course', which takes you through the registration process one step at a time. Should you encounter any difficulties contact us.
