Enhance Your Martial Arts Course Introduction

Silvio Simac is not just a pretty face with lots of sex appeal; he is a Tae Kwon Do World Gold Medalist, a 14 time British champion and 4 time European champion. In addition, he has built a successful acting career with roles in TV shows, commercials, and over a dozen movies.

As a great ambassador to his sport, he has devoted the last 15 years to teaching fitness and how it improves martial arts.

In this course, he helps martial artists improve their four “S” qualities: skill, speed, strength, and stamina. He does this through plyometrics, resistance training and an understanding of bio mechanics along with basic principles. He goes on to show how to integrate these into the arts to deliver more effective strikes and kicks.

His great achievements in both fitness training and martial arts and his understanding of sports science and medicine bring the best of each together to enhance overall performance.

He is renowned for saying, “There are no limits.” This course is for anyone that wants to boost their martial arts without limits.

How do the IDMA courses work?

The IDMA courses are made up of multiple levels (similar to belt levels) that are arranged in order of difficulty and skill level.
Courses start with the basics and gradually move to more advanced concepts and techniques. Each level is broken down into numerous individual videos, consisting of techniques, concepts, and forms. The breaking down of each level with many short length videos maximizes learning potential.

What do I get if I buy a level?

Each level (belt level) is purchased individually. You receive unlimited access to the content of the level purchased for a period of one month, for only $9.99 USD. Levels are approx 45 minutes in length.
