Drop the left foot, forming a T-step. As you step out toward north east, move your left hand forward in a counter-clockwise circular motion to the front of your body, and then push out with the right hand and cross the wrists together. Slide out with the right leg toward south-east. The shift your weight to the right side, forming a semi-horse stance as you open up your arms. You are now facing north-east.
