Bring both hands to the right while shifting your weight onto the right leg. Push forward first with your left hand, then with your right, bringing the right wrist under the left. Form an empty stance facing north. Pull the right wrist up and then down in a flowing motion. Make a fist with the right hand and pound the left hand; at the same time, hit the floor with the right leg. Your feet should be shoulder-width apart.
